Andrea Jackson’s journey began over 20 Years ago after a difficult time of anxiety, stress, depression and panic attacks. Andrea trained in the Dru Yoga Style and now teaches Dru Yoga and Meditation and Global Tribal Bellydance.

Andrea also runs Radiant Woman Circles and loves creating communities of women who support and inspire each other to step into their radiance, be the best they can be and move forward with confidence, strength and grace.

Elena Holmes is a Registered Nutritional Therapist and has been practicing, full-time, since 2016. In clinic Elena works with clients who need nutritional support for a variety of conditions, such as diabetes or heart disease, and for other problems including weight management, improved sports or mental performance.

Elena also delivers educational talks and workshops for a variety of support and interest groups, including Chronic Pain, Diabetes UK and York Vegans and is an independent researcher and regular blogger.

York Hypnotherapist – Angie Doig-Thorne is a Motivational Stress Therapist and Weight Loss Specialist in York. who has successfully helped hundreds of people to reduce their anxiety/stress levels; teaching them coping strategies and enabling them to be calm, confident and in control.

Marjorie Grice mBANT, registered nutritionist, is passionate about supporting menopausal ladies to get their mojo back and live healthier, fun-filled lives. Using tailored evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle changes, Marjorie balances hot flushes, poor sleep, low mood and energy to optimise your vitality.

Having found personal relief and lasting remission, Marjorie can empathise with the effect debilitating menopausal symptoms can have on relationships, career and social life.

Julie Wrigley is a Feldenkrais® practitioner living in York. Julie enjoys teaching Awareness Through Movement® mat classes and individual hands-on Functional Integration®lessons. She loves introducing people to this practical method. It is a privilege to help people move with more ease and come back home to their body.

Julie came to this method by chance, in middle age, and was instantly hooked., finding it fully engaged both body and mind; learning methods to deal with aches and stress, becoming attuned to herself and feeling more aware and alive. Julie loves feeling free and weightless at the end of class, maybe you will too.

Lena Henderson is a certified Mindfulness Teacher passionate about promoting positive mental health for children and young people. Her 18 year career has centered around education, including roles as a school teacher, project manager in various UK Universities, and lately a yoga instructor for children.

Lena delivers mindfulness programme ‘Paws b’, for children in primary schools in York, works with local charities ‘York Inspirational Kids’ and York CVS and runs a number of private online events and mindfulness sessions for families. Her teaching is rooted in the latest developments in neuroscience of mindfulness and experience of working with children for over 10 years.

As a colour consultant, Kate Ford loves helping people find their inner sparkle and bring it to the surface. Kate is fascinated by the world of colour and emjoys watching as it changes a persons perspective, coaxing out their hidden confidence.

As a mum herself, Kate is very aware of the constant demands of family life which send “you time” to the bottom of the list. Sally Tierney MSGD, BSc (Hons) has been designing gardens for 21 years and is passionate about helping you to get the right balance between what you want from your outdoor space and the commitment you can make to maintain it so that your garden will continue to be a delight for years to come.
