Booking, cancellation and refund policy

Booking:

Once you have been offered a place on a course you will be required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure this.  Places are allocated on a first paid: first accommodated basis and class sizes are limited. Please ensure that the remainder of your course fee is paid 14 days before your course commencement date.  If you are booking within 14 days of the course commencement date 100% of the course fee payment will be required to secure your place.

Cancellation:

If you are unable to attend your course or accept the space offered to you please contact me immediately and we can discuss your options for deferring your space to another course.

Refunds:

All deposits are non-refundable.  

Cancellations after deposit paid

With 28 days notice – 100% refund of balance paid, less 50% deposit

With 14 days notice – 25% refunded of balance paid, less 50% deposit

With less that 14 days notice – No refunds

All refunds are at the discretion of the instructor.  In the event that the instructor is unable to deliver the course you will be offered a full refund or an alternative course training date.

In the unlikely event that you are asked to leave the training for any reason, including inappropriate, disruptive or unacceptable behaviour no refunds will be given.
